Whilst perusing my local flea market in Aus, I stumbled across this delicate macrame bag that immediately screamed 70's summer. I enquired about the price and the lady shouted, "50c, it's from the Philippines.....I bought it at the airport...". The lady was from Thailand but had travelled all over the world, including south east asia, Russia and PNG. I was so excited because of my love of vintage handicrafts....AND the fact that it originally came from the Philippines, my parents native homeland. All I can say is, I can't wait till my next trip back home to phil.....
